    I wanted to know if Disney offered a easy pay plan option for non florida residents? Something I could pay monthly?

    From your lips to Mickey's ears. Unfortunately at this time the Monthly Payment Program at Walt Disney World Resort is currently available for Florida residents only who purchase the following types of passes:

     Florida Resident Premium Annual Pass
     Florida Resident Annual Pass
     Florida Resident Seasonal Pass
     Florida Resident Weekday Select Pass
     Florida Resident Epcot After 4PM Annual Pass

    Hey, another reason to move to Florida, right? 

    If you are asking about a Walt Disney World vacation package, you can make monthly payments on your balance after your deposit has been paid and until the rest of the balance is due, which is usually 45 days prior to arrival.
