Hi Meaghan!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this great question.
I'm so happy to hear you're planning to attend
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! There's no better way to get into the holiday spirit than by visiting Disney's Magic Kingdom Park during one of these fun specially-ticketed holiday events. With unique party offerings, including the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, A Frozen Holiday Wish, Holiday Wishes Fireworks Spectacular, and Club Tinsel, guests can have a holly-jolly evening from start to finish. Our favorite feature of the party is the "snow" that sprinkles down on Main Street U.S.A. - so festive!
If you're not planning to be a day guest of Disney's Magic Kingdom on the day of the party, you can still enter the park in time for a 5pm reservation at
Be Our Guest Restaurant. While the actual start time of the party isn't until 7pm, guests who have purchased Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party tickets are typically allowed to enter the park at 4pm. Simply look for the specially-marked entrances for party guests when you arrive at Magic Kingdom, and the Cast Members decked out in red and green. They will scan your MagicBands or ticket media, and issue you a special Christmas party wristband. Once you've entered the park, you can head to your dinner reservation at Be Our Guest (try the "grey stuff", it's delicious!). Make sure to save room for some complimentary yuletide treats, which will be served in several locations throughout the park during the party. My favorite from last year's party was a soft pretzel in the shape of a snowman - delicious! I also drank my fill of hot chocolate, apple cider and eggnog!
Thanks again for stopping by - have a magical day! - Diane W.
