Hi, Cristina!
I'm glad you sent your question to planDisney, especially since you are also from Nevada! One of the benefits of living here is that we are so close to Disneyland Resort. I love that!
Disneyland does not typically offer Christmas special events, in my experience. I'm sorry! You may be thinking about
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Walt Disney World (which is one of the best events!). Disneyland did host
Disney Merriest Nites a few years ago, but it hasn't returned to the parks.
Fortunately, there is still plenty of fun to be found during the
Holidays at Disneyland! Beginning on November 13, 2026, and continuing through January 6, 2027, this festive time of year usually includes seasonal treats, sparkling decor, and joyful events. In Disney California Adventure Park, the
Disney Festival of Holidays is the place to be if you enjoy sampling seasonal cuisine from a variety of cultures. I usually purchase a
Sip and Savor Pass and use it on the highest-priced items to maximize my value. In the past, the Festival also included spectacular entertainment, musical performances, meet-and-greets with Santa, and more!
Over in Disneyland Park, get ready to smile like a child as snow falls on select evenings. Both the
"Believe...In Holiday Magic" nighttime spectacular and
A Christmas Fantasy Parade need to be added to your must-watch list! Also, I love riding
Haunted Mansion Holiday and
"it's a small world" Holiday during this magical time of year.
Cristina, I hope you can visit Disneyland during the holiday season. You won't regret it! Don't hesitate to reach out to planDisney again if you have more questions.
Happy holidays!
Jen
