Hi! I wanted to know what should I book first, flight or resort? Thank you in advance!!!

Hi, Estefania! You’re in for the adventure of a lifetime! Perhaps even more adventure than Carl and Kevin from Disney Pixar’s UP? Much like Carl, I see you’re looking tips to travel to your destination!

When I’m getting ready to plan a magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, I browse the online reservation system for my preferred room and rates. That helps me determine my price range and consider experiences like the Story Rooms with Pirate Ship or Royal Princess theming. When I have my dates nailed down, I’ll turn to my favorite airlines and check prices with “flexible” dates. This will tell me if there is an incredible flight deal I can’t pass up!

After perusing both flights and rooms, I always book my room stay first. There’s no point in flying somewhere you have no room to stay in! If you prefer, you can book everything all at once by calling (407) 939-5277 and request a Magic Your Way package. This lets you to book rooms, park tickets, Disney Dining Plans, and flights all at once. You’ll also get some awesome perks like keepsake luggage tags, mini-golf vouchers, and discounts at some of my favorite Disney Springs shops.

When you arrive at Walt Disney Resort, you’ll be able to catch Disney’s Magical Express, a convenient way to travel to your Resort. I know you’ll be raving about the on-board entertainment, but have your camera ready. When you pass through the Walt Disney World Resort arch for the first time, you’ll want to snap a photo! ~ Lindsey P.
