I wanted to know what is the best value resort to stay at on a college student's budget. We got an offer for $67, is it worth it/legit? We got the offer from Disney World by ordering a planning video. And is meal plan really worth the value for two people?

    Hi Emily!

You can't go wrong with any of the Disney Resorts!  Out of the Value category, Pop Century is certainly my favorite.  It has its own dedicated bus line and it is the newest resort in the Value Category.  If you received the offer for $67 per night DIRECTLY from Disney, then it is indeed, legitimate.  During slower times of the year, Disney will deeply discount their rooms or offer promotions such as free dining.  Just be very careful that you purchase your vacation either directly from Disney or through an authorized Disney vacation planner.  All legitimate professional Travel Planners can provide you with references and will not charge for their services.

Regarding the dining plan - do you plan on eating at a sit down (table service) restaurant at least once a day?  If so, then it is absolutely worth it and will save you money!  However, you will probably come out cheaper paying out of pocket if you are only going to be eating at the Quick Service restaurants.  Have a great vacation!
