Hiya, Sandy!
Thank you for sending this
Disneyland Resort planning question to us hEAR at planDisney!
Oh no! I'm so sorry that you're reaching out to us with this question. I do hope that everything is okay! Technically yes, you
can cancel your
Park Pass Reservations, which notate which theme park you were planning on playing in on which specific Disney day. However,
Theme Park Admission Tickets are non-refundable.
As long as your tickets are completely and wholly unused, as in no days redeemed, you can try to
reschedule your visit to Mickey's house on a later date. Or, if the 'use by' date has come and gone and your tickets have expired, you can apply the value of what you initially paid for your ticket to the purchase of new passes. To do this you'll need to call the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Helpline at (714) 781-4636. If, however, you have a multi-day ticket and you've already redeemed a Disney day, you have up to 13 days after your first Best! Day! Ever! to visit and use any follow up days.
I hope that this answer helped to clEAR up your question, Sandy! And I hope that you'll be able to visit The Happiest Place on Earth very soon! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Panel Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. And if you have any more
Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
