Hey there, Brianda, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! It sounds like a Walt Disney World Vacation is in your future, and that's cause to be excited!
Brianda, your
Walt Disney World Vacation Package can be booked directly online through the Walt Disney World website. When you book a vacation package, you are purchasing Theme Park Tickets and securing a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel simultaneously. I personally prefer to book vacation packages because I like to accomplish as much planning as possible in one swoop. In my mind, this gets me closer to my Disney Vacation faster!
When booking your vacation package, you want to think through the number of days you’d like to spend in the Theme Parks and the number of nights you would like to be at the resort. If possible, I always suggest that Guests consider 4-day
Theme Park Tickets. This ticket length gives you the chance to experience each Theme Park on your visit. And if you are not planning to park hop, there’s no pressure to rush through the park. You can slow down and really take in all of the unique experiences that each park has to offer. But four Disney Theme Park days back to back may cause you to need a vacation after your vacation. So I also like to suggest that Guests plan rest days into their resort visit where possible.
The next step is to choose a Resort Hotel to call home during your vacation. Each resort hotel has its own unique vibe and provides many avenues to immerse you into the resort culture. Resort Hotels range from the Value category, which is easier on the vacation budget, to the Deluxe category, which usually offers more Guest amenities. The decision is completely up to you and your overall budget. I like to suggest
Disney's Pop Century resort as consideration for Guests. Pop offers a great price point and access to the
Disney Skyliner, which puts you only moments from two of the Disney Theme Parks. If you would still prefer some assistance completing your booking and talking through all of the available options, I recommend speaking with a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277 for further assistance.
I hope this helps, Brianda! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know!
