Hi just wanted to see if you guys know if i could bring a.drone with me and maybe fly it on castaway cay or maybe when the ship is docked? Would be an awesome way to capture our vacation. Thanks

    Ahoy, Daryl!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel - I'm happy to help.

I can completely relate to wanting to find the best way to capture all of your magical memories from your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation. I have more pictures and videos than I even know what to do with from our Disney Cruises, but I wouldn't trade one of those memories for anything in the world!

While creating footage of your vacation with a drone would be really cool, unfortunately, remote-controlled helicopters, airplanes, drones and similar devices are on the list of prohibited items for Disney ships and Disney's private island, Castaway Cay.

I hope you'll be able to find another creative way to make memories on your Disney Cruise Line vacation. I encourage you to take advantage of the services of the  ship's photographers, who are always available to capture your magical moments throughout your cruise.

Thanks again for your question - have a magical day! - Diane W.
