I just wanted to see if Disney started offering DCL transportation for the Omni hotel in Ft Lauderdale? We leave for our cruise on the Destiny in a month and I’d love to take DCL transportation to get on the ship a little bit early.

    Hi there, Quinn!

I'm glad you sent your question to planDisney! I sailed out of Fort Lauderdale with my planDisney pals, and it was an incredible experience. You are going to love it!

Disney Cruise Line currently lists three hotels on their website for Fort Lauderdale sailings, including the Omni Fort Lauderdale. In my experience, Guests staying at one of the designated hotels usually have access to convenient transportation options. I’m a big fan of using Disney Cruise Line transfers, as they simplify the embarkation process and make it easier to slip into vacation mode! I recommend calling them to discuss your transportation options.

My planDisney friend JoVonn just returned from sailing on the Disney Destiny, and she had the most magical time! She raved about Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King and said the Disney Hercules show is now one of her all‑time favorites. Whatever you do, make sure to save time for a plunge down the AquaMouse. It’s a blast!

Quinn, have a wonderful time on your voyage! Please reach out to planDisney again if you have other questions!

    Happy sailing!
