You are ABSOLUTELY correct! The cost of the PhotoPass+ does include the PhotoCD of all your PhotoPass pictures once you return home. When you purchase it, it will come with a special promo code for you to enter once you have returned home, viewed, and edited all your PhotoPass pictures. Upon check out, you will enter this code and the cost of the PhotoCD will be removed from your "cart". The instructions included with this code are very detailed and easy to follow.
