How exciting that you're only a few weeks away from arriving at Disney's tropical island paradise,
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa!
I spoke with an Aulani Cast Member and I was able to confirm that there won't be any type of fee to have packages delivered to Aulani Resort during your stay. And yes, you're welcome to have those packages delivered a day or two before you arrive –– in fact, the Cast Member I spoke with recommended that you plan to do this to make sure that your items arrive in a timely manner. Just be sure to address your packages to "Guest (name on the reservation)" and make sure you're using the Resort's main address. If possible, I also recommend noting your arrival date on the package. That way, you'll help to minimize any confusion in the event that another Guest is registered at the hotel with a similar name. Then, once you arrive at the Resort, simply
stop by the Front Desk to collect your items –– it's easy and convenient, just the way a perfect holiday should be!
