Hi I just wanted to clerify the difference between the photopass and the photopass + for at BBB. Do we need to purchase plus or is just the regular used at BBB? I want to get pic of the DD during and after the makeover. Thanks!

    Hi Andrea!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

You never have to purchase PhotoPass + just to get a particular photo or photos from a particular experience. If photos are produced at an experience, such as Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary, then you can just purchase it.  If a photo is taken by a PhotoPass photographer, you can just purchase that one single photo later.

Basically, PhotoPass is a great service whereby you can get great photos at Walt Disney World without using your own camera.  A PhotoPass photographer will take a photo of you and your party and then that photo can be retrieved later for viewing on the internet.  If you want to purchase the photo, you can just order it then.  You can get a digital version or a real photograph shipped in the mail, or other things with the photo on it such as a coffee mug.  One of the things you can do is order a CD-ROM with all of your PhotoPass photos on it.

PhotoPass + goes beyond PhotoPass by making that CD automatically included.  So you can get all of your PhotoPass photos later just by purchasing PhotoPass +.  PhotoPass + also allows you to get digital copies of photos taken on certain attractions; however, if you just want a photo of your party on Space Mountain, you can just buy that one photo on the spot without having PhotoPass +.  PhotoPass + also provides you with digital copies of photos taken as select dining locations that normally offer photos for sale; in the case of the dining locations, you will also be given a real photo that you can hold in your hands.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
