You can absolutely transfer a ticket to another person, as long as it hasn't been used yet. The new recipient will need to be linked to you on your Family and Friends list. When logged into the
Walt Disney World Resort website, visit the "My Reservations" section under "My Disney Experience." Find the ticket you want to change, and click "Reassign ticket." If any day on the ticket has been used, it cannot be transferred.

You are also able to do this from the
My Disney Experience App. Click the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Choose "My Tickets & Passes," then swipe until you come to the ticket you want to change. Scroll down, and you will see the option to "Reassign Ticket."
