I wanted to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday in Disney World. However, her birthday falls on February 18th which I'm reading is the BUSIEST time of year :( . Can you still celebrate a birthday a week after her actual birthday?

    Hi Monica!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Walt Disney World Resort is the best place for family celebrations! I love planning vacations to "The Most Magical Place On Earth" on or around special holidays, birthdays or anniversaries! Your daughter will be so excited to celebrate her 7th birthday with Mickey and his friends!

Monica, yes yes yes! You can absolutely celebrate your daughter's birthday a week after her actual big day! It will be no problem at all to plan birthday-related activities a week later on and around Walt Disney World Resort. Does your daughter like princesses? If so, she would love getting a royal makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! As soon as you enter the park, stop by Guest Relations and ask for a complimentary "Birthday Button" for your daughter to wear. She will love receiving birthday wishes from Cast Members and Guests throughout your vacation! Oh, I almost forgot! If you can, make a FastPass+ reservation to Meet Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater! He'll love giving the birthday girl a huge hug and special birthday wish!

I hope you have so much fun planning your daughter's big birthday extravaganza! If you have any future questions before your vacation, please come back and visit us again!
