    Jeannie from CA Asked

Hello I wanted to cancel my enchant pass I bought on September 13;2021 today is September 15 ,2021 I been calling but I just keep getting hung up on can someone please assist me thank you 🙏

Greetings Jeannie, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question, and we appreciate your patience as we assist all who are anxious to experience the magic of the Disneyland Resort.

I'm sorry to hear about your phone troubles and your desire to cancel your Enchant Key. Unfortunately, per the Magic Key terms and conditions, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets and Magic Key Passes are nonrefundable. If you aren't looking to begin visiting the theme parks just yet, remember that you have a full year from the date of purchase to activate your Magic Key, and your year of visits doesn't begin until you activate your pass. You could make your first trip to Disneyland Park on May 1, 2022 and enjoy returning again and again through May 1, 2023.

I hope everything works out for you, Jeannie. If you don't end up activating your Magic Key before it expires next September, the value is not completely lost. The amount paid for the unused, expired pass may be applied towards the purchase of a new pass of equal or greater value at the current prices. If you have any other questions, give the friendly folks at Disneyland ticketing a call at (714) 781-4636 to see if they can assist you further.

Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney, Jeannie. When the time is right for you to visit the Happiest Place on Earth, don't hesitate to reach out again. We'd love to help you with future trips.

    Have a magical day,
    Betsy
