Hi I just wanted to ask you if you have to be a magic key pass holder to reserve for the world of color dining since it is at the magic key terrace?

    Hi ya, Monica!

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney! Dining packages are such a great combination of food and fun. I'd be happy to help you!

The World of Color Dining Package is offered at several restaurants in Disney California Adventure Park and one location at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa. You are correct that the package at Magic Key Terrace requires at least one Magic Key holder to be in the party since that location is exclusively for Magic Key holders and their guests.

If you aren't a Magic Key holder I would recommend Wine Country Trattoria instead! My husband loves the Spaghetti Bolognese, and I am a big fan of the Chicken Parmesan. If the weather is nice then it's a lovely place to sit outside with a nice view of the park!

Seeing that your visit is quite soon, you may not be able to get a dining package this time. If that's the case you'll want to join the Virtual Queue for World of Color right at noon (set an alarm for a few minutes before so you're ready) to access one of the viewing areas. You can join the queue in the Disneyland Mobile App by tapping the main menu icon "☰" and scrolling down to select "Virtual Queues" from the list of options.

You might not get to eat at the terrace, but you CAN enjoy all the snacks and treats featured in the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival! The booths have tons of seasonal options that are incredibly creative, it's definitely worth checking out.

Have a wonderful time enjoying the parks, Monica!

    Keep moving forward!
