I want to see how to allow others in my party to make plans for the entire group. There are 21 of us.

Hi Allison! Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your visit! It sounds like you and your large party are in for the trip of your dreams! I can totally understand, however, wanting to allow others in the party to get in on the planning fun!

First, you’ll need to make sure that everyone traveling is named on your Family & Friends list. Once they’ve all been added, you’ll want to go to the list and pick each person you’d like to grant access to. Next to each name, look for the Hyperlink titled “Update” and click there. Once you’ve clicked this, the menu will expand, and you should see another hyperlink titled “Share Planning With” followed by the Guest’s name. You will then be prompted to enter their email address so they may verify that they indeed wish to be granted this access! Once confirmed, you will be able to truly share in the excitement with each person! How incredible!

Allison, I hope that these instructions allow you to get some help planning this amazing holiday trip to Walt Disney World for all your loved ones! Please know that we are here for you during each and every stage of planning and dreaming for your next Disney family vacation! Do not hesitate to come back and see us anytime we can help!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
