Hi! I just wanna know the process of how the fast passes work? I already set them up online now what happens when I go to the Park?

Hey, Isabel! The FastPass+ system helps make my family's days in the theme parks super easy by helping us experience our favorite attractions with a shorter wait. You have completed the biggest part of this process already by choosing which FastPass+-enabled attractions you want to visit. Now comes the fun part - using them!

Each of your FastPass+ selections have a designated time during which they can be used, usually an hour timeframe. Say you have picked Jungle Cruise from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. All you have to do is get in Jungle Cruise's FastPass+ queue anytime within that designated hour. Say you are having so much fun in Tomorrowland that you do not make it to Jungle Cruise until 11:55 a.m. That's okay! There is no need to use the FastPass+ right at the noted start time, as you will have a whole hour to use it. When you hop in the FastPass+ queue, you will notice Mickey touchpoints where you will tap your Disney Theme Park Ticket or linked MagicBand to access your FastPass+ selection. When it is tapped, there will be a green ring that lights up around the Mickey head that signifies your FastPass+ choice has been accessed and used. If you see a blue ring instead, then a Cast Member will come over quickly and help you figure out what's up with that FastPass+ selection. Once you are cleared and given the go ahead, then you are welcome to proceed into the queue and get ready for fun!

Once you have used all three of your prearranged FastPass+ selections, you are welcome to make another as available. Just hop on the My Disney Experience mobile app or head to one of the in-park FastPass+ kiosks to make this next choice. Each subsequent FastPass+ is made just one at a time, but there is no limit to the extra ones you can make for the remainder of the day. Last weekend, I ended up using 11 with my daughters throughout the day in Magic Kingdom Park! You are welcome to stay in the same park or find FastPass+ availability at other parks if you have the Park Hopper option on your Disney Theme Park Ticket.

I hope this helps you understand how to FastPass+ your way to a magical Disney day! Please let us know if you have any other questions about this or any other part of your upcoming pixie-dusted adventures!
