I wanna ask my disney obsessed fiance to marry me. Any fun creative ideas on how to pop the question. I dont want something thats been done before (like the castle) or anything so simple. Any idea would be appreciated. thanks.

Welcome back to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Shalyn!

Oh, my goodness! A proposal at Walt Disney World is so magical!

For something unexpected, enlist the assistance of Cast Members and characters alike to help you deliver one of the most important questions of your life.

Sneak an extra autograph book to a few character greetings, and write on each page "WILL YOU MARRY SHALYN?", quietly asking each character for a little help by signing your "petition". Pick a special moment to present the book, perhaps in front of the Castle, with a PhotoPass photographer lined up to capture the reaction, and you are sure to have created a big surprise!

You could also write a lovely proposal, scrolled up and tied with a bow, then sneak off to ask a Cast Member friend of a particular character to present your fiance with that scroll shortly. When you return for a PhotoPass with that Disney friend, a lovely surprise will await your special someone.

Perhaps "Marry me?" stitched into a Mickey Ear Hat is the way to go. Visit The Chapeau on Main Street, USA in Magic Kingdom Park, and don the hat at the most opportune moment. Turn around so that the question is popped, and have a celebratory Ear Hat waiting once you hear "YES"...or see tears...both are good. :-)

Servers at Disney Parks Table-Service restaurants are amazing at making magical things happen, too. At the start of dinner, excuse yourself to "use the bathroom" at Le Cellier Steakhouse, The California Grill or some other favorite location, and ask a server to write "Will you marry me?" in chocolate sauce on a large plate, ready to be brought out with dessert. When it comes time for dessert, even if your fiance says no to a sweet treat, the answer to that sweet question will surely be "yes"!

Send more questions as you think of possible ways to pop this most magical question, Shalyn. We love to help!
