    Hi! I will be going to Walt Disney World as a part of two couples (4 people total) and we would like to book two separate rooms. Is there any way to do that when booking the vacation package online? Or will a second room need to be booked separately?

    Hi Elizabeth!

    Congratulations on your upcoming plans to visit Walt Disney World!

    In order to book two rooms using the online reservations system yourself, you'll indeed need to book the second room as a separate reservation. After completing the two bookings, you can call in at (407) 939-7675 and speak to a Cast Member, asking to have the two reservations 'linked' together. Have both reservation confirmation numbers handy at the time of your call. The Cast Member can also input any "requests" you may have such as having an adjoining & connecting room (meaning an interior that can be unlocked to connect the rooms) with the other couple you're traveling with.

    Alternatively, you can call in to have the two reservations and all 'notes' made at once by a Cast Member. You can still pay the minimal deposit at the time of booking and have full online access to your reservation once it's been completed by the Cast Member. Having a Cast Member set the bookings up for you may save you some time. Having the reservations 'linked' and notes placed on both files will increase the likelihood of your rooms being located next to or very close to one another when room assignments take place just prior to your arrival for check-in.
