Does Walt Disney World still have the NHK channel, (channel 75)? My last two visits the channel is listed, but just has the Walt Disney Resort Channel logo on it, will it be returning?

    Hi Alec,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for bringing your question to us. After a long day in the theme parks, I love relaxing on the bed in my resort room with a hot cup of tea and some TV, and my family always loves watching Disney while we’re at Disney.

One of my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelists is in Walt Disney World right now, and I asked her to turn her room TV to channel 75 to check for you. I'm sorry to tell you that it is still showing the Walt Disney World logo rather than programming. NHK is listed on the channel guide, but the channel does not seem to be active at this time. I do recommend letting the Cast Members at your resort know that you wish they’d bring the channel back, because they don’t know it’s missed unless they’re told. The Cast Member you speak to may also have an idea of what happened to the channel and whether it will be returning.

Alec, did you know that channel 4 on your resort room TV features fan-favorite “Must Do Disney,” which is a program featuring tips and information on how to get the most out of your stay. I also love the Walt Disney World Today channel, which features park information set to an amazing Disney Parks music loop. I always put that on while getting ready for my day in the parks!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,

    Robyn
