    We are going to Walt Disney World later this month. Are we able to get the refillable mugs? Are they even being offered with everything going on?

    I'm so happy to hear you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up soon! I'm sure you must be counting down the days until you're immersed in the pixie dust and magic of The Most Magical Place on Earth.

    Guests of Disney Resorts Collection hotels have the option to purchase a Resort Refillable Mug to enjoy during their Walt Disney World vacation. These bright, Disney-themed mugs currently cost $19.99, and are eligible for refills at Beverage Islands at Quick Service locations at Disney Resort hotels during the length of your stay, up to 14 days (Locations may vary). While this option looked different for a short time during Walt Disney World's phased reopening, you'll be happy to know that self-serve beverage stations reopened fully on April 21! Guests are allowed to fill and refill their own beverages, making dining experiences convenient and easy.

    Beverage Stations are frequently cleaned and sanitized, and Guests are asked to maintain physical distancing via signage and floor markers. As Disney is constantly monitoring and evaluating health and safety protocols, I encourage you to check the Dining: Know Before You Go page for the most up-to-date information before your trip.

    Walt Disney World's Quick Service restaurants are now using Disney Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering to make it easy for Guests to order, pay for and pick up meals and food items throughout Walt Disney World Resort. With a smartphone and the My Disney Experience mobile app, you're all set! 

    On the home page of the My Disney Experience app, select the middle icon at the bottom - (the plus sign in a circle), and select "Order Food". Scroll to the restaurant of your choice and choose an Arrival Window. Your arrival window lets the restaurant staff know when to begin freshly preparing your meal. Once you've selected your arrival time, you can build your order, from appetizers to dessert. (Resort Quick Service locations will have the Refillable Mugs available for purchase.) Certain items can be customized, and every location offers allergy-friendly options. When you're done building your order, select "View My Order" to see a summary of your items, and finalize your order with payment. Once your order is prepared, you'll get a notification that your meal is ready for pickup!
