Carousel of Progress because it's one thing that he'll (likely) recognize from his previous visit.
Hollywood Studios -
Toy Story Mania because it offers an interactive experience where modern technology meets Disney imagineering.
Animal Kingdom -
Finding Nemo - The Musical because it is the most innovative puppet show he'll ever see. Not to mention entertaining. Catchy. Amazing. (You get the picture...)
Epcot -
Soarin' because (I'm going out on a limb here) but I'm guessing that someone from your dad's generation has a soft spot in his heart for a toy as classic as the erector set. Imagine, then, taking him for a spin on an exhilarating attraction that was originally based on a erector set prototype. You have to admit how cool that is.
