I will be going to Walt Disney world Florida with my 6 month old baby am I allowed to bring a flask of boiling water into the parks? If so how much

Hi there, Taylor! Thanks so much for visiting planDisney from across the pond with your vacation planning question. Consider me your own personal Genie--you ain't never had a friend like me! So let's make some magic for your upcoming travels...

I first brought my youngest daughter to Walt Disney World Resort at the tender age of 6 months, and although I was a bit apprehensive, it turned out to be a really lovely experience. From your question, I can tell that you are doing plenty of advance planning--great job, you! I can reassure you that Disney offers many conveniences that make traveling with infants a pleasure so you can focus on making family memories.

The mention of quantities of boiling water suggests that you need to prepare bottles for your little one while in the parks--or perhaps conjure some spells in the vicinity of the Haunted Mansion! I'm happy to share that warming bottles is made infinitely easier at the wonderful Baby Care Centers located in all four theme parks. In addition to private nursing areas for breastfeeding mamas, changing tables, high chairs, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave and sink, there are bottle warmers at each location for your convenience. They are a perfect spot when the baby (or mom) needs to eat, rest, or make an emergency wardrobe change, as each location also sells a selection of Disney baby apparel and other supplies!

Taylor, know that you can bring a thermos or other insulated beverage container (as long as it isn't glass) with hot water into the parks, but the ease of the Baby Care Center will certainly make things simpler for you.  Keep in mind that the Disney Water Parks and Disney Springs do not have dedicated Baby Care Centers--I would recommend asking for hot water at one of the many dining locations or asking a Cast Member for assistance.

I hope this information is helpful for your planning purposes! Your May arrival will be here before we know it, and I am sure it is going to be a magical adventure for your entire family. If our planDisney family can help with any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
