    we are going to walt disney world for the first time in aug. how much spending money will we need? we have the dining plan and all tickets paid for . its me, my husband,our 15 year old and our 25 year old and her boyfriend they have their own money .

    Hi Sharon - I'm not sure how many days you are going for, but I generally budget 18-20% gratuity for table service meals.  That can run about $10-$25 per table service meal, depending on location, and whether or not you'll have alcohol.

    You may also plan to eat a few meals "out-of-pocket" from the dining plan.  Again, this will depend upon your plans, but budget $60-$120 for table service meals depending on location.

    For souvenirs, you will really have to follow your own budget on that.  There are stores on every corner, so you should go into the vacation knowing exactly how much you'll feel comfortable spending.
