Hi Kathy, and welcome to planDisney!
As a fellow Floridian and
Annual Passholder, I love having access to the Most Magical Place on Earth (mostly) whenever I like. I'm always just one drive away from endless DOLE Whips and rides on the
Walt Disney World Railroad. I am more than happy to help you with your question.
I spoke to a friendly Cast Member, and as that as long as your Platinum Pass Exchange Certificate has no expiration date, you are able to change it to its equivalent, the Disney
Incredi-Pass annual pass, at
Guest Relations or at a ticket window at the theme parks. Woohoo! (By the way, if it did have an expiration date, you would have up to one year to activate it.)
AN EXTRA GEM: You can also take a photo of the front and back of your unexpired pass and send it to the following email address: Ticket.Usage@disneyworld.com. Include your name, when you purchased it, and the form of payment with which you purchased it. You will get a response in up to 14 business days. Then you can then link that confirmation number to your
My Disney Experience app before your visit. I think that's very convenient!
Kathy, if you have any other questions about your upcoming vacation, please
revisit us here at planDisney.
Magic always,
LeAndra
