Hiya Austin!
Lovely seeing you here again!
Easter Sunday will be March 31, this year and as usual, Walt Disney World Resort will have some special festivities. I know you stated that you may not be in a park on Easter Sunday but
Magic Kingdom Park is the place to be. Austin, could you consider making a change to your plans? Mr. Easter Bunny and his furry female bride Mrs. Easter Bunny make their super rare appearance near Main Street, U.S.A., exclusively. Head to City Hall to find Bunny Lane Garden where this well-eared couple is available for photos. A PhotoPass photographer is usually available as well. A second chance to see Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny is when they make an appearance during the traditional Easter Procession that occurs usually right before the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade. Double-check the
My Disney Experience Mobile App for parade times.
If you don't want to visit any of the Parks then head over to
Disney's Beach Club Resort which usually has a delightful Easter Egg Display in the lobby.
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is not one to be left out with its own Easter Egg display and a stand that usually sells treats in the lobby. One of my favorite Easter eggs from the display was the one with Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head. Complete in his mustachioed glory holding hands with his potato bride I found them to be adorable.
If you get a chance to "hop" over to EPCOT make sure to participate in the Egg-stravaganza Scavenger Hunt. Purchase a map with stickers from various merchandise locations and hunt for colorful character Easter Eggs throughout the Park. My two favorite locations to find them are
Port of Entry and
Creations Shop.
I hope this helps and if you have any more questions you
know where to find us!
Happy Planning!
