Hi Stacey! You may not like what I'm about to say...but the best plan for packing is to bring lots of layers. I know this doesn't make packing much fun, but winter time in central Florida is kind of like that old saying about the weather in New England - "Don't like it? Wait a minute!" Now I can tell you that the average temperatures during your visit should have highs in the mid to upper 70's and lows in the low 50's. However last February, we received a cold snap that had us all shivering in our flip flops! I'd feel terrible if I told you to pack for warm afternoons and another cold front came through.
My best advice would be to plan for shorts and short-sleeves during the day but jackets or sweatshirts in the early mornings and evenings, with some pants packed just in case. For the littlest one, be sure to have some blankets for the stroller or carrier and hats are a must both for sun and cold! Socks are also a great idea for the little ones when sandals may be too cold in the mornings and nights. Monitor the
10-day forecast before you leave New Hampshire and keep your fingers crossed for sunny skies! ;)
Since you'll have some little guys, if you wanted to send a package down with diapers or some other things that might weigh down your suit case or carry on, you can ask us here for the address of your Disney resort and how to go about doing that.
I hope this helps with your packing, if you have any other questions, come on back and ask! Thanks for visiting and have a wonderful vacation!
