We will be going to Walt Disney World in December. Is it still an option to ride the new Star Tours in a motionless simulator the way you could on the original? How would I go about finding out if it is an option while I'm there?

    Hi Robert!

To be honest, I'm not a big fan of motion simulators myself!  However, when I hopped into this new and improved simulator in May, I was blown away!  I didn't feel the slightest bit of motion sickness, unlike when I rode the previous version.  Your only chance of riding without the motion is to catch the attraction on an extremely slow day when not all of them are running.  I would ask the Cast Member at the entrance to the attractions if this is a possibility and if not, what time would be best to return. I can't guarantee it, but I certainly wish you a motionless ride!
