I have 2 Walt Disney World 5 Day Park Hopper Plus Passes dated 01/26/01. Each has a park pass left and two options. What exactly does this mean? Entry into any or multiple parks for one day? What's an option? Thanks.

Yo ho, me hearty! Welcome aboard planDisney! It sounds like you are preparing to set sail on a Walt Disney World vacation. You’re in for a real adventure!

The current Park Hopper Plus Option is such an amazing way to experience everything Walt Disney World has to offer. Not only do you get unlimited daily admission to the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom, you also get to choose another experience (or “option”) each day of your ticket!

    These experiences currently include:
    - One visit to Blizzard Beach Water Park (my personal favorite)
    - One visit to Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
    - One visit to ESPN Wide World of Sports (excludes ticketed events)
    - Greens fees at Oak Trail Golf Course (tee times required)
    - One round of mini golf at Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (before 4pm)
    - One round of mini golf at Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (before 4pm)

Now, Walt Disney World’s ticket options have changed a bit since 2001. They no longer offer options without expiration dates, but if your tickets are from the early 00s and indicate that they do not expire, then Walt Disney World will honor their value. So you may be sitting on buried treasure!

I talked with a Cast Member and they suggested that you call the Existing Tickets line as soon as possible. They can look up your ticket number, tell you if it still holds any value, and help you convert your vintage tickets into current passes. You can also speak to a Cast Member at Guest Relations outside any Walt Disney World theme park, but be sure to bring the actual tickets if you go this route.

I hope you found this information helpful. Best of luck on your vacation voyage, bucko! Don’t hesitate to send any other questions to your mates at planDisney!

    Yo ho!
