    I have a Walt Disney World card, how can I see if still good?

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question - I'm happy to help.

    If you are in possession of a Disney Gift Card, and need to check the balance to see if it has any remaining funds available, you can visit disneygiftcard.com. To check the balance on your card, simply enter your Account Number, Security Code, and Verification value in the spaces provided. These numbers can all be found on the back of the Disney Gift Card. You can also check your balance by calling 1-877-650-4327.

    If it's a Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket you're asking about, you'll need to call and speak with someone at Disney that handles existing ticket questions. They can be reached at (407) 566-4985. Sometimes, they may need you to email them a photo of the actual ticket media before they can answer whether or not your theme park ticket is still valid.
