    I am a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder and I want to add Disney Genie+ to my visit starting March 3 through March 8, 2022. How do I do this prior to our visit?

    Before you know it, you'll be arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth, ready to begin your magical adventure! That is SO exciting! The name of my Disney game is maximizing theme park time by waiting in line less, and in my opinion, "rope dropping" the parks (arriving before park opening) and utilizing Genie+ are the best ways to do it. As a fellow Walt Disney World Annual Passholder who recently used the phenomenal cosmic power of Genie+ for the first time, I'm thrilled to help you maximize your magic today!

    Currently, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders can only purchase Genie+ on the My Disney Experience app one day at a time, on the same day they plan to visit the park, beginning at midnight EST. Since I am an early bird and not a night owl, on each morning of my Walt Disney World Resort vacation that I wanted to use Genie+, I purchased the service around 6:30 a.m. EST so that I was ready to make my first Genie+ selection right at 7 a.m. sharp. I actually found this day-of purchase of Genie+ to be an advantage. I was able to keep an eye on the attraction wait times for each theme park and the weather that week and decide which days I wanted to purchase and which days I did not need the service. It worked out great for me, and I hope that it unlocks a whole new world of magic for you, too!

    When making your Genie+ arrival time window selections, I'd suggest making your first one for the earliest arrival time for one of your must-do attractions. That way, once you tap into the Lightning Lane entrance, you can make another selection and keep using this strategy all day to make as many selections as possible. Your wish for the best Disney day?
