    Hello my wallet was stolen, and I missed a payment for my Disney pass and now it’s no longer on my app how do I go about renewing the card and getting my card on my profile.

    Hi there, Willie! Welcome to planDisney!

    I am so sorry to hear about your wallet. That must be very unsettling! Hopefully, we can find a pixie-dusted trail for you here at planDisney to help find your way back to your Magic Key. There is a special Guest Services team dedicated to Magic Key holders, and my best advice would be to start there. You can reach them at (714) 781-7277, and they will be able to look up your account and hopefully get your payment options sorted out for you. If you need to manually relink your Magic Key, just head to the Disneyland Resort website and select "Magic Key" from the top navigation bar. You'll see the option to "Link Magic Key Pass to My Profile" and be able to drop in your pass number. I'm wishing on a star that these quick tips have solved the case of the missing key and that you are able to unlock the magic! 

    Once your Magic Key is re-established, I highly recommend following along with the @DISNEYLANDMAGICKEY Instagram account. It is where I get the latest and greatest news about special promotions and photo opportunities and surprise giveaways! Before heading into the parks, I also like to take a glance at the latest list of discounts so I know where I can make the most of the magic. You might also want to peep into the Magic Key Portal in the Disneyland Mobile App for special content and insider information. I just noticed that there are some holiday-themed Magic Shots and a special holiday tote giveaway for key holders from December 5th to December 20th, 2022 at the Silly Symphony Swings at Disney California Adventure Park! Giveaways are subject to availability, but there are always little surprises in store for those holding the keys to the magic, so check back often!
