Is there a walkway between Old Key West and Disney Springs?

"Welcome home," Scott and thanks for dropping by planDisney!

Wow, it looks like your vacation is only days away. How exciting! Scott, my family and I stayed at Disney's Old Key West Resort just this past August and loved every moment. If you have room in your schedule, I highly recommend making a reservation (or two) at Olivia's Cafe. This quaint restaurant really exudes that Key West charm AND the fried chicken lived up to its reputation. They also have both indoor and outdoor seating options to best fit your comfort level.

Now, to your question about getting to Disney Springs... while Disney Springs is close to this resort there is NOT a connected walking path, so you'll want to plan on using the Walt Disney World® Bus Service (or driving your own car). We used Disney Bus Transportation back and forth to Disney Springs a few times on our last trip. You'll find multiple stops all around the resort.

Scott, I hope this helps as you are getting ready for your trip. If you find yourself wandering around Disney Springs and need a comfy spot to enjoy a cool drink, my husband can never pass up a stop into Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar! We keep waiting for Indy to invite us on an adventure... as long as there are no snakes.

Scott, thanks again for stopping by planDisney with your question. Please come on back if you have any other questions in the future. Wishing you a pixie-dusted stay,
