Is there a walking path from OKW to Disney springs? If so how long is it?

Hello Sam and welcome to planDisney!

Sam, my family and I stayed at Disney's Old Key West Resort just this past August and couldn't get enough of those Key West vibes. From the Sandcastle Pool to the conch fritters available at the Gurgling Suitcase Libations & Spirits, this resort will have you wishing to always be on island time.

Now, Sam, since your plans also include Disney Springs, let's talk about the best way to get there. There is no connecting walkway from Disney's Old Key West Resort to Disney Springs and currently the water taxi is on pause (as Walt Disney World continues to operate in a state of phased reopening). Now, with this news, you might be starting to feel as deflated as Baymax with a leak, but fear not! Disney Bus Transportation is running and connecting Disney Springs to and from Disney's Old Key West Resort. My family and I used this mode of transportation exclusively and found it quick and easy. I'll be hoping that your experience is the same.

Sam, if you have any other questions, I hope you'll come on back to planDisney.
Wishing you a pixie dusted stay and a Disney Springs day that is perfect from start to finish!

My husband and I became Disney Vacation Club Members because we love visiting the Disney Parks and with hectic day-to-day schedules, wanted to prioritize time away for our family. The options at the Walt Disney World Resort make each trip unique and I am excited to help other families build vacations with those unforgettable moments.
