    Can you walk to Lake buena Vista Mall from downtown Disney or what is the best way to get there? I want to surprise my daughter and I have seen on Moms Panel that there is no where to get this on WDW property! Planning WDW Oct. 2012 staying at POP.

    Hi Janetta!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  I'm assuming you are trying to get to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores from Walt Disney World which is very close to Walt Disney World, but definitely not within walking distance! 

    The easiest way to get there from a Disney owned and operated hotel at Walt Disney World is to hire a taxi to take you there.  However, the outlet does provide free shuttle bus service to and from some of the hotels in Downtown Disney.  You could always take Disney transportation to Downtown Disney and then walk to one of the participating hotels.  I suggest contacting the outlet directly for more information at (407) 238-9301 or looking at their website.
