    Can you walk to Disney Studios and Epcot from the Boardwalk Resort?

    Dana:

    Although there is boat transportation to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot from the Boardwalk, our family typically walks to both, especially Epcot.  In fact, you'll spend more time waiting for the ferry than if you'd take the 5-minute stroll from the Boardwalk to the back gate, called the International Gateway, of Epcot.

    Disney's Hollywood Studios is another story.  Our family enjoys the 12-minute-or-so walk with few hills along the water, but if you're staying at the far-end of Boardwalk Inn nearest Epcot, you'll need to add a few more minutes to your walk.  And even though we usually walk TO DHS, honestly, we usually take the ferry back as much for the ride as the ease on our feet at the end of the day.
