Can I walk to the Contemporary from the Ft. Wilderness Lodge and take the Monorail?

Great question, Daniel.  While you can take a boat from Ft. Wilderness to the Contemporary Resort to catch the monorail, there isn't a walking path that connects them. If the Magic Kingdom is your final destination, you can walk from the Contemporary to the Magic Kingdom.

If you have your heart set on taking a walk, you can walk from Ft. Wilderness to the Wilderness Lodge.  From the Wilderness Lodge, you can take a boat to the Magic Kingdom.

I hope this helps to give you some options on traveling between Ft. Wilderness and the Contemporary Resort; please let us know if you have any further questions.
