Hi there, Jeanne!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question - I'm happy to help!
Guests of
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort will feel like they've escaped to a tropical paradise. The vibe of the resort is so fun, and the buildings on the five "islands" are decorated with bright colors and tropical accents. My favorite thing to do when visiting the resort is to drop by
Banana Cabana, a cool outdoor bar and lounge, for a Jamaican Frozen Runner - delicious!
To answer your question, there is, indeed, a walkway from Disney's Caribbean Resort to Disney's Riviera Resort. A walk along the shore of Barefoot Bay will lead you right to one of Disney Resorts Collection's newest hotels, designed to capture the magic of Europe.
Disney's Riviera Resort is the picture of elegance, with lush green lawns, bubbling fountains, and some amazing dining options to choose from.
The shortest walk to Riviera Resort would be for Guests staying in the Martinique area of Caribbean Beach Resort, followed by Guests in the Aruba and Jamaica sections. I would estimate travel time to be about a 5-10 minute walk from either of these Guest areas.
As an added benefit, Guests staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort have a fun new way to travel to
Disney's Hollywood Studios and
Epcot.
Disney Skyliner transportation allows Guests an opportunity to glide through the sky in brightly colored gondolas, some which feature beloved Disney Characters! The main hub of the Skyliner is located near the Jamaica section of the resort.
