Hey there, Randi. Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
As a fellow
Magic Key Holder, I hope you are enjoying your year full of magic and park visits. I'm sorry to hear that your plans changed and you could not make your park reservation. At present, the
Magic Key No-Show Policy states that park reservations or modifications must be done by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the day before the reserved date - so same-day cancelations are not possible even if you made the park reservation that morning. I know this might be disappointing to hear, Randi. Fortunately, each Magic Key has three no-show days within a 90-day period before being unable to make new reservations, so one no-show will not affect your currently scheduled reservations.
Randi, have you checked out the
Disneyland Events Calendar for 2024? There are so many cool events coming up in the next few months that are sure to be a blast! I am particularly looking forward to Season of the Force at
Disneyland Park (April 5 to June 2) and Pixar Fest at
Disney California Adventure Park (April 26 to August 4). Check out the
Disney Parks Blog for more information on how to pack the most magic into your year as a Magic Key Holder!
I hope this information helps, Randi. Please visit us again with any other questions!
Cheers,
Melissa
