Hayley from MA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We were waiting for permission from the Massachusetts department of children and families to be able to travel to Disney with our foster children over April Break 4/18-4/22. When I went on today to order tickets, none were available. Can you help me?

Hiya Hayley and welcome to planDisney!

What makes mothers all that they are? Might as well ask what makes a star. Hayley if nobody's told you today, you're the best mama in the whole world for trying to create this magic for the young dreamers in your life. And with the parameters you have to work within, I know it can't be easy. I'm going to do my best to steer you in the right direction.

After checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, I see what you're saying about the lack of availability. But hope isn't lost. I would recommend before doing anything else to call Guest Services at 407-939-5277. Phone lines go live at 7:00 AM EST so be up and ready. They are the boss-level Fairy Godparents and will be able to direct you on what to bibbidi bobbidi do. Now I've seen them be miracle workers in a pinch so be sure to explain your situation in full detail. They'll direct your path to the best of their abilities.

Now if moving those dates becomes the only option, at the time I'm looking at the calendar, the week of April 24th is looking clean and green and ready for some serious magic making. I would suggest starting there if new dates are the absolute must-do thing.

Hayley, what you're doing is distinctly beautiful. Such an incredible act of kindness is sure to warrant some extra pixie dust. I'm praying that you'll be able to get it.

    Wishing you the absolute best,

    Taylor
