    Hiya Brandolyn,

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us!

You’re up for another magical year of Magic Key! As a fellow Magic Key holder, I have been enjoying all the discounts and benefits that come with my Magic Key. With all those discounts, it’s like we’re saving money, right? Disney math is the best math!

According to the Magic Key Terms & Conditions, Magic Keys can be renewed up to 30 days before expiration, which takes place one year after activation. You should have received an email that informed you of the upcoming expiration with instructions on how to renew. I’m sorry you didn’t receive this email, but worry not! All it will take is faith, trust, and a little pixie dust to renew your Magic Key online! Remember to have your payment method updated in your Disney account before renewal!

If you are still experiencing difficulty with renewing your Magic Key online, don’t fret! A friendly Cast Member on the Magic Key Holders line will happily assist with renewing your Magic Key over the phone! Once your Magic Key is renewed, you can immediately review the Magic Key Calendar and book a park reservation for your next visit to the Disneyland Resort!

If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
