    Is there waiter service at Chef Mickey's during breakfast? If so, is it custom to tip the staff since it is a buffet? I have a reservation in Sept for my daughter's birthday :)

    Hello Denise!  Thanks for stopping by with your question. 

    There is nothing I love more than celebrating a birthday at Walt Disney World.  It sounds like you have a great morning planned for your little girl!  During your breakfast, you will have a waiter that will bring you your drinks, clear your plates and make sure you are having a wonderful time.  Of course, everyone has their own opinions about tipping but I do tip at all the buffets I eat at while on vacation at Disney.  The Cast Members helping you really do work hard and they couldn't be nicer if they tried! Typically, the only places you wouldn't tip at would be quick service restaurants throughout the parks, resorts and Downtown Disney.
