I waited in the website line for an hour to book three nights at grand Californian May 31, June 1 and 2. After it asked me to sign in, it kicked me out. I am disappointed that it is making me start over. Please help.

    Hey Stephanie!

    Welcome to planDisney!

Planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is my favorite thing to do! Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is absolutely splendid and you’re in for a wonderful stay! With it’s own private entrance to Disney California Adventure Park, you’ll be joining Rocket and rescuing the rest of the Guardians of the Galaxy in no time!

I’m so sorry to hear that you waited an hour to book a room with no luck. Reservations for the theme parks and hotels have been very popular. You’ll be happy to hear that things have calmed down quite a bit and I’ve been able to get in today numerous times in under one minute. I encourage you to try again as there is still room availability in all room categories for your dates.

Well Stephanie, I hope you are able to make your reservation and if you need anything else please come back and let us know.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
