    Do I have to wait till I get my pkg for hotel and park passes to reserve the parks

    How exciting to be planning a visit to Walt Disney World! I must say, it is so nice to have a vacation on the calendar to look forward to. Especially when it is a vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth! So, let’s answer your question so you can get back to booking your dream trip!

    As you mentioned, a Park Pass Reservation is required for the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you’ve added the Park Hopper Option to your ticket, you can visit any other theme park after 2 p.m. each afternoon, allowing you to pack extra fun into your day. Now, to book your Park Pass Reservations, you first need to have a valid Theme Park Ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account. So, you would need to first book your vacation package before you can go in and make your selections.

    Once you have your tickets purchased and are ready to make your Park Pass Reservations, just follow the steps below, and you are good to go!

    • Log into your My Disney Experience mobile app, and click on the “+” in the middle of the app navigation bar.
    • Next, click on “Make a Park Reservation.”
    • From there, click on “Theme park Tickets,” and a separate browser window will open.
    • You can then select the members of your party, the date of your visit, and the park you would like to reserve.
    • Once you have made your selections, follow the prompts, and you’re all set!
