    Should I wait to book my June 2016 vacation until special offers are posted? Will disney give me the special offer if I book in advance and then they release discounted room rates?

    Hi Katherine,

    Many travelers to Walt Disney World are struggling with the same question! If your dates are not flexible, I would recommend booking a "Room Only" reservation now, then trying to convert it to a package if a great Special Offer is released. 

    There are a few "ifs" involved in using a Special Offer on a previously made reservation. Many Special Offers are not available at all resorts and all Special Offers have a limited number of rooms available. IF the Special Offer is available for your chosen resort and IF there the offer has not filled, you should be able to book the offer. 

    I have known several people who did have to cancel their previous reservation and start fresh with a new reservation to use a Special Offer. It's an extra step, but worth it to save money.
