I use my wagon to push my infant who is 2 months old can I take it to Disney for my upcoming trip Feb 2026?

Greetings, Priscilla, and welcome to planDisney. It looks like your visit is just around the corner – let's make sure you have all the information you need for a smooth trip filled with happy moments.

Unfortunately, I have to start with news that may come as a Bibbidi Bobbidi Bummer. Per the property rules, wagons and stroller wagons are not permitted at the Disneyland Resort. Exceptions may be made if a child has a medical need that requires the use of a wagon. A Cast Member would make the determination after speaking with you, usually at the security area. If approved, a tag would be placed on the wagon. However, if the wagon cannot be allowed through, you'd need to take it back to your hotel room or vehicle. It may be best to bring a standard stroller to avoid any potential issues. You can check the guidelines on the Disneyland website.

While I know that might not have been the answer you were hoping for, Priscilla, I have a few other tips that might help you make the most of this visit. Let's turn that pumpkin into a carriage!

In addition to a stroller, you might also consider bringing a baby carrier that you can wear. I had one with head support for the baby and back support for me. It was nice to use whenever we parked the stroller and walked around or joined a queue. My youngest wouldn't nap well in a stroller but would doze off in the carrier, so having one helped me out a lot. I might have had a very tired and cranky baby otherwise!

Also, when visiting the Resort with an infant, you've got to check out the Baby Care Center. There's one in each park, providing a comfortable, quiet place to go when it’s time to change or feed your little one. There are nice chairs for nursing or pumping, as well as other conveniences like bottle warmers, a sink, and even a vending machine with essentials available to purchase. I loved coming here when my kids were babies.

A locker rental may be helpful if you want a safe place to leave any extra supplies from your diaper bag. That way, you can travel around a little more easily. There are lockers in different sizes available in each park, as well as in an area between the two parks.

Make sure you download the Disneyland mobile app. You can use it to see which attractions are appropriate for all ages – ones that you can ride with your baby. If you're hoping to experience some of the more thrilling attractions during your visit, look into Rider Switch. That would allow members of your party to wait in line and then experience an attraction while one person stays back with the baby. After they finish, they'd then stay with the baby so the person who originally stayed back can go experience the attraction without having to wait in line again. You can learn more about how it works on the Rider Switch page.

Priscilla, I hope you have a wonderful time with your little one at the Disneyland Resort. If you think of any other questions, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at planDisney!
