It sounds like we might be cut from the same cloth. I'm usually the person in charge of making the plans and figuring out the best
Lightning Lane Multi Pass strategy for my group. And you know what? I wouldn't have it any other way. Like Aladdin, it sounds like you're already one jump ahead with everyone's theme park tickets linked to your MyDisney account in the
Disneyland app.
You'll be able to book
Lightning Lane attractions for every ticket that is linked to your account. Linking everyone's
MagicBand+ won't be necessary, and everyone can still use their MagicBand+ to redeem their Lightning Lane at the attraction. If you decide to separate and choose your own adventures, each person will be able to make their own Lightning Lane selections as they please. The key to making Lightning Lane selections is having the tickets you would like to make selections for linked to your account, and a ticket can be linked to more than one MyDisney account.
It looks like you'll be visiting during the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, which means you'll be able to experience
Soarin' Over California. This is my favorite flight path on Soarin' and it's also a Lightning Lane attraction! Finally, don't forget to take full advantage of the
unlimited downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos throughout your day. You can find all PhotoPass locations in the Disneyland app by opening the map and tapping "PhotoPass" from the top ribbon.
