Will b @ VWL for a week in June -- cooking most meals ourselves, so we'll have a LOT of stuff to bring into the room. Are the villa buildings close to their parking lot for unloading? Have never been before, so I'm trying to visualize it. Thanks!

Howdy Christine!  Thanks so much for your question!!

You will love The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge!  It's one of our favorite resorts!  We love the beauty of the resort and the convenience of being a boat ride away from Magic Kingdom!

Unfortunately, the parking is in front of the Lodge and not that convenient to the Villas.  However, I spoke with a Cast Member at the resort hotel and she told me that you can drive up to the front of the Lodge and ask the bellmen for a luggage cart.  From there, you can either transport your groceries to your villa using the luggage cart and then return it immediately or you can ask a bellman for assistance.  Either way, you have options and the cart will definitely be your best option.

If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your trip, please let me know!  I'm so excited for you!  Enjoy your vacation and your time at Disney's Wilderness Lodge! I know it will be magical!!
