In 2025 we want a vow renewal ceremony at WDW for our 25th anniversary. We dont know where to start. We would love to see all 4 parks. 1 Day MK, 1 Day Epcot 1/2 day at AK 1/2 day at HS. We were hoping the ceremony could be in France at Epcot.

Hi there Marilou and wishing you a very Royal Welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations in advance for your upcoming 25th anniversary together; I just recently had a Disney Fairy Tale Wedding myself with a week of Walt Disney World Resort celebrations across all four Theme Parks so I'm happy to answer this for you. I'm always eager to discuss everything and anything Disney Weddings so that my fellow Disney Brides and Grooms can have theirs turn out practically perfect in every way just like ours did!

Here are my Princely Picks, Tips and Tricks for Planning your Disney Wedding or Vow Renewal:

    • With your ideal date and venue in mind, you can begin communicating with the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings team about Weddings or Vow Renewals as early as 16 months prior to the date; we were put in touch with a sales Consultant at this point who informed us that as long as we were having a Ceremony and a full Reception with a meal, we'd be able to begin booking our venues and desired times at the 12-month mark. (In our experience, pricing and availability were often subject to change without notice and you'll be assigned a Planner who will discuss details on a call with you a few months prior to your celebration.)
    • Some venues like Place de Remy in the France Pavilion just became a ceremony option a year ago in 2022 for up to 100 guests, so you're in luck - but bear in mind that in-park ceremonies at EPCOT typically take place super early before it opens to guests!
    • Detailed information may be a bit limited at the very start of the planning process, so the best resources that helped us the most were browsing the Ever After Blog, reading recommendations and experiences from fellow couples on groups online and listening to Disney Wedding podcast episodes that provided very helpful tips and timelines.
    • If you're like us and want to celebrate at venues within each of the Theme Parks, you can include additional events like Rehearsal Dinners and Dessert Parties with the possibility of a ride mix-in for your guests to enjoy without requiring park admission!
I hope this was a helpful start to planning your Vow Renewal, there's so much more that I'm happy to help with so please come back any time to ask. Here's to 25 years of Happily Ever After, and so many more to come!
